What stems / shafts do you print on?
Currently we print on Nylon, Bubble, Alamo, and Anodised Aluminium stems.

However we listen to our customers needs and if there is a certain stem type you would like to personalise, then send us an email and we will see what we can do for you.

Why are the double sided prints more expensive?
Basically they are more expensive due solely to the extra labour costs.

What Threads / Screw types do you do?
We do the new type 2ba Thread / Screw, however if you want us to print on the old thicker thread, just contact us and we will make the necessary arrangements to get a batch sorted.

How exclusive is this service?
Very! Our way of allowing the client via the website to use forms to exactly type and view what they want printed / engraved on the stem is unique to www.stemprint.com. If you don't believe us just try to find one that matches us!

What about International orders?
We carry out many international orders.

The only thing that is different is the Post & Packaging charge based on what country your delivery is shipped to. Please visit our pricing page for estimates of stem printing / post and packaging costs.

How does the whole process work?
There are several ways in which we process orders, this all depends on your internet expertise.

Either you use the novice form, or the advanced form which can be reached via the order page link shown above.

When orders are received, this is reviewed by our team to make sure that we can print what you asked for. Once we are happy we can fulfil the order, then we send you via email a payment page.

Once the order is paid, we start printing and then ship the order to you.

However, if all this is too much for you, simply send in your request to us using the contact form provided and explain to us in detail what your requirements are.

I made two orders, both the same so why the difference in price?
That's because it was an international order.

Unfortunately foreign exchange rates change constantly and what you pay as an international customer is dictated by what the current exchange rate is for your country when compared with the British pound.
