We try to complete 80% of orders within 3 working days. This means that depending on the delivery option you choose and the destination, that the whole process should take between 3 to 7 days before you get the shipment. This applies for both UK and international orders.

United Kingdom orders include Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey.

The list below contains all the delivery options available for United Kingdom and International orders:

1. UK (1st Class only) We aim to carry at least 90% of 1st class deliveries by the next working day and will not take any longer than 3 working days. There is no extra charge for this service.


2. UK (Special delivery) Get a guaranteed delivery by 5.30pm next working day (usually however arrives before 12:00pm). Money back guarantee is available. The guarantee does not apply if delivery was attempted but no-one was available to sign for the item and a “While You Were Out” card was left. Limitations on geographical coverage apply. There is an extra charge for this service.


3. UK (Recorded Mail) Just like option 1 but you get extra peace of mind with a signature on delivery and proof of posting. There is an extra charge for this service.


4. International Orders (Europe) Figures show that european deliveries usually take between 2 to 3 days.

For an extra charge and peace of mind, signature on delivery is available.


5. International Orders (Zone 1) Figures show that international deliveries for this zone usually take between 2 to 5 days.

For an extra charge and peace of mind, signature on delivery is also available.


6. International Orders (Zone 2) Figures show that international deliveries for this zone usually takes between 2 to 5 days. For an extra charge and peace of mind, signature on delivery is also available.

Depending on the delivery option chosen you will get a tracking order number, you will then be able to track the progress of your delivery.

We stress that we can only provide estimates on all International orders as we have no control as to what the exchange rate will be at the time of the transaction. For example, when a customer buys online the currency appears as Pounds Sterling (£), then the exchange rate conversion for your credit card currency is made on the spot by our e-commerce bank (WorldPay). Therefore the amount you pay will vary. Something that unfortunately we have no control over.
